Engage in Experiential Learning

This remote 5-week experience is an opportunity to focus on your vitality and grow your skills to better support those you inspire and lead.

The Coach for Thriving Program occurs in three phases:

PHASE 1: Explore Thriving for You

One month prior to the remote workshop, you will complete the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment and receive a personalized report of your results. During a confidential, 60-minute debrief with a trained guide, you will gain insights about thriving tailored to you.

Additionally, you will explore the neuroscience of stress and its impact on thriving and engage in discussions about the current landscape of thriving with leaders in your network.

PHASE 2: Participate in the Live Workshop

During a 5-day remote training with a cohort of your peers, we will explore the science of thriving leadership and dive into the theory and background of our Framework of Thriving. You’ll also engage in active learning and real-time feedback to successfully apply the framework within your work.

Conducted on Zoom, the program is highly experiential and incorporates breathwork, growth, movement, and awe exercises to enhance your self-awareness and deepen your learning experience.

Phase 3: Join the Global Community

Upon completing the training, you’ll be certified to use Be Well Lead Well Pulse® with your leaders and gain access to a host of resources for prioritizing thriving in personal and leadership development. This includes a complimentary Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment, along with ongoing updates of the latest thriving leadership research.

By completing the Coach for Thriving program, you will be licensed to administer Be Well Lead Well Pulse® with leaders you serve, strengthening their capacity to lead from a foundation of internal balance, resilience, and wellbeing, plus activate thriving wherever they lead.
Do I need to be a professional coach?
No, you do not need to be a professional coach. This program was crafted specifically for leaders within organizations, as well as coaches or development practitioners, to guide individuals in examining their thriving capacity. While the program provides a methodology for guiding the leaders exploration of thriving, the program augments the basic coaching skills you already use as a leader with your team or as a professional coach.
How will this program support me and those I lead?
Once you complete the program, you can bring to those you lead:
  • Clear insights about how thriving elevates leadership effectiveness.
  • Be Well Lead Well Pulse®, an online, holistic assessment of 133 questions allowing the leader to examine their state of thriving.
  • An 11-page individualized feedback report mapping what enables or erodes the leader’s ability to thrive in 6 categories and 19 subcategories of wellbeing and transformation.
  • A reliable method to provide a structured debrief of the leader’s feedback report.

How does the program work?
After you register, the Coach for Thriving Program happens in three stages:
  1. Assessment + Debrief + Learning Assignment: You complete the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment and receive an 11-page feedback report of your personal assessment results. Then you participate in a confidential, 60-minute conversation with a Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Certified Guide to debrief your feedback report for insights about thriving for you. You also complete an in-depth learning assignment and receive useful and fun resources that help you prepare for the remote workshop.
  2. The Remote Workshop: You attend a 5-day training with a cohort of your peers. Each day from 9am-1pm US Eastern Time on Zoom, you dive into the theory and background of our framework and engage in hands-on experiential learning and real-time feedback to successfully administer the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment within one-to-one leadership development situations. Each day, you also complete self-directed learning modules that reinforce what you learned with your cohort that day.
  3. Certification: You receive your certificate after fully completing all of the training elements and gain access to a host of resources, including:
    • 1 free use of the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment with a leader of your choice.
    • The latest Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Technical Document outlining the research behind the assessment tool.
    • Our secure, web-portal for purchasing and administering the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment with your clients.

Do I receive professional development credits for this program?
Yes, the Coach for Thriving Program is accredited through the International Coach Federation for Continuing Coach Education (CCE). Practitioners who complete the program in its entirety receive 30 CCE units (16 in Core Competencies and 14 in Resource Development).
What is the price of the program? What does the price include?
The price of Coach for Thriving Program is $3,300. This includes all materials and support required for completing the program and a wealth of resources to support your one-to-one leadership development practice.
We also offer an "Amplify Thriving" rate that provides a discount in exchange for supporting thriving of three individuals prior to the workshop. We believe everyone has the capacity to amplify thriving for themselves and others, and these acts generate additional ripples of thriving.
