Uniquely crafted for executive coaches and leaders, this experiential development program provides you with tools and resources to foster thriving leaders who build thriving teams and organizations. During the 5-week program, you’ll engage in rich conversations on what it means to thrive as a leader in today’s work cultures, and apply your learnings to your own situation through small groups and 1:1 coaching.

This remote 5-week experience blends structured learning with organic peer discovery, and ancient wisdom with cutting-edge science to enhance your vitality and grow your skills in supporting those you coach and lead.
The Coach for Thriving Program occurs in three phases:
PHASE 1: Explore Thriving for You
Experience Be Well Lead Well Pulse®
One month prior to the remote workshop, you will complete the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment and receive a personalized report of your results. During a confidential, 60-minute debrief with a trained guide, you will gain insights about thriving tailored to you.
Explore the Neuroscience of Stress + Leadership
As part of a pre-learning assignment, you’ll listen to a 4-part audio series on the four key principles of the autonomic nervous system that shapes our wellbeing, stress, and effectiveness in the moment. This series is used with leaders around the world to increase the leader’s awareness of themselves as well as those they lead.
Discuss Thriving with Your Community
Using our provided tool, you’ll engage three leaders in your community to explore the links between thriving and leadership. This activity is a wonderful opportunity to initiate a new relationship with a potential client or open new pathways with someone you already know. The themes from your interviews will inform the live workshop conversations.
PHASE 2: Participate in the Live Workshop
Day 1: Understand the Importance of Thriving
Our live workshop begins by exploring why thriving is important and why now, integrating the insights gained in Phase 1. We’ll also dive into the physiology of stress and it’s effects on leading, and begin unpacking our Framework of Thriving™.
Day 2: Learn the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Assessment
Through several engaging activities and storytelling, we’ll dive into the science and development of Be Well Lead Well Pulse®. You’ll unpack the feedback report with your peers and practice using the Interpretation Manual—a collection of almost 100 macro and micro-practices for thriving—to support your growth.
Day 3: Debrief Be Well Lead Well Pulse®
Day 3 is all about practice, where you’ll debrief a peer’s Be Well Lead Well Pulse® feedback report using our structured methodology and then ideate on a chosen area of development.
Day 4: Examine Narratives of Thriving
Day 4 begins with small group exploration of several Be Well Lead Well Pulse® feedback reports to deepen your understanding of the nuances of thriving, followed by a powerful exploration of personal narrative in shaping and evolving wellbeing and leadership.
Day 5: Gain Real-World Insights
Our final day together begins with a panel of leaders and practitioners sharing how they are using our Framework of Thriving™ with their clients, teams, and organizations followed by a rich Q&A for you to pepper them with questions. We conclude the day thinking through your personal application and the wealth of resources available to you once you’re certified.
PHASE 3: Join the Global Community

Upon completing the training, you’ll be certified to use Be Well Lead Well Pulse® with your clients and receive one complimentary Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment to use with a leader of your choice—so you can practice what you’ve just learned.

- The Remote Workshop: You attend a 5-day training with a cohort of your peers. Each day from 9am-1pm US Eastern Time on Zoom, you dive into the theory and background of our framework and engage in hands-on experiential learning and real-time feedback to successfully administer the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment within one-to-one leadership development situations. Each day, you also complete self-directed learning modules that reinforce what you learned with your cohort that day.
